Payments
We accept cheques, postal order and credit card payments over the phone. Please make all cheques and postal orders to 365 fashions. Payments are expected within 10 days of purchase.
We offer two postal delivery services: First and Second class recorded delivery for domestic buyers. Overseas parcels are dispatched via First class International signed for service.
We try and be fair with our postage charges, please bare in mind we charge for postage and packaging.
Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase then 365fashions are happy to refund or exchange any clothing item within 14 days of receipt (excludes postage) as long as the item is received in a saleable condition with its original tags intact and was purchased in a fixed price format.
The buyer is responsible for the returns postage cost unless the item is deemed faulty. We do not provide a free of charge delivery service on exchange items; buyers will be advised of the postage cost. Always check individual measurements given on our listings as sizes do vary.
For Hygiene reason we go not accept returns on ANY pierced jewellery items.

Still hasn’t arrived. Previously told this seller there are issues with his preferred courier. Hermes continues to ‘ lose’ my items. I told seller I will continue to monitor situation.

High quality, quick delivery and more than happy with it. Never though a Poncho it would be so comfortable to wear. That's the first one I ever had, but after that, I think I will get more. Very happy with everything, so far. An highly suggested seller.
